Your order has been returned to us following a number of failed delivery attempts.
For any additional information, please contact our Client Care Service. Our advisors are at your disposal from Monday to Friday - 10 am to 7 pm (Paris time - CET) and on Saturdays - 10 am to 5 pm (Paris time - CET) (excluding holidays).
An advisor will then contact the carrier to get more information about the delivery of your order. You will then be able to request a reshipment of your order or a refund.
