You will receive a unique personal tracking number by e-mail when your order is shipped. Clicking on the link will take you to the tracking page of relevant carrier.

Our advisors are at your disposal from Monday to Friday - 10 am to 7 pm (Paris time - CET) and on Saturdays - 10 am to 5 pm (Paris time - CET) (excluding holidays).
