Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Client Care Service. Our advisors are at your disposal from Monday to Friday - 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (Paris time - CET) and on Saturday - 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (Paris time - CET) (excluding holidays).

They will do their best to accommodate your request and let you know whether it’s still possible, and if so, how to proceed.
