Is it possible to change the billing address on my order?
How can I change the delivery address for an order that has already been confirmed ?
If you need to update or correct the billing address for your order, we invite you to contact our Client Care Service as soon as possible. Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that the billing address can be changed. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request and let you know if it is still possible, and if so, how to proceed.
Rest assured, the order summary will not be included in the parcel but will only be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
