If you purchased your fragrance in a store, please return the item to the store so that our team can attempt to repair the pump or replace your fragrance.
If you purchased through our website, we invite you to contact our Client Care Service. Our advisers are at your disposal from Monday to Friday - 10 am to 7 pm (Paris time - CET) and on Saturdays - 10 am to 5 pm (Paris time - CET) (excluding holidays)
